The minute a new listing or a change to an existing listing is submitted to the local MLS System, you can see that information live on this website, unlike the one or two day lag time common on most public real estate sites!
Want to do or see more? There is no need to go to other websites to see maps, satellite and birds-eye views, mortgage calculators, driving directions and property documents. Because this is the same system used by local realtors there are more pictures and information on each property, not compressed like so many websites.
You can also set up your own private web portal (like a shopping cart) where you can save your searches, mark your favorites, your wish list, and maybes and you can come back to it at any time you’re on the internet.
